TOWN OF OSOYOOS ADMINISTRATIVE FEES AND CHARGES BYLAW NO.1331, 2017 CONSOLIDATED VERSION Adopted July, 4, 2017 Updated September, 2024 (CONSOLIDATED FOR CONVENIENCE PURPOSES ONLY) Consolidated Version should be read in conjunction with the complete document. TOWN OF OSOYOOS BYLAW NO. 1331, 2017 A bylaw for administrative fees and charges WHEREAS pursuant to the Community Charter the Council may, by bylaw, impose a fee payable in respect of all or part of a service of the municipality; and WHEREAS pursuant to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act the Council may set fees for providing services related to the Act. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Osoyoos in open meeting assembled enacts as follows: 1. This Bylaw may be cited as "Administrative Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 1331, 2017". 2. The Town of Osoyoos hereby imposes fees and charges for the provision of information and services as specified in Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of this bylaw. 3. The Town of Osoyoos hereby imposes fees and charges for the Town's vehicle fleet as specified in Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of this bylaw.
