POLICE SERVICES FEE SETTING BYLAW

A bylaw to establish fees for police services in Pitt Meadows.
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Pitt Meadows is authorized to enact a bylaw
pursuant to Section 194 of the Community Charter to impose fees and charges;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Pitt Meadows enacts as follows:
Citation/Title
This Bylaw may be cited as the "Police Services Fee Setting Bylaw No. 3017,
2025".
Fees
The City of Pitt Meadows hereby imposes fees for the provision of police services
and information as specified in Schedule A, which is attached to and forms part
of this bylaw.
Repeal
City of Pitt Meadows Police Services Fee Setting Bylaw No. 2567, 2012, and its
amendments, are hereby repealed.
READ a FIRST, SECOND, and THIRD time on July 8, 2025.
ADOPTED on July 22, 2025.
