CITY OF PITT MEADOWS 2023-2027 TAX EXEMPTION BYLAW Bylaw No. 2931, 2022 177039 A bylaw to provide permissive exemption from taxation for certain properties. WHEREAS the Council of the City of Pitt Meadows is authorized to enact a bylaw pursuant to Section 224 of the Community Charter S.B.C. 2003 (general authority for permissive exemptions) to exempt from taxation certain land or improvements, or both, for the Taxation Years of 2023-2027; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Pitt Meadows enacts as follows: Citation/Title 1. This Bylaw may be cited as the "City of Pitt Meadows 2023-2027 Tax Exemption Bylaw No. 2931, 2022". Provisions 2. The following described properties shall be exempt from taxation imposed pursuant to the Community Charter for land and improvements herein specified for the years 2023 - 2027: a.
