VILLAGE OF POUCE COUPE CONSOLIDATED MUNICIPAL FEES AND CHARGES BYLAW NO. 1062, 2025 A Bylaw to establish and consolidate fees and charges for various municipal services. WHEREAS the Community Charter authorizes the Council of the Village of Pouce Coupe to impose fees and charges for the provision of services, use of municipal property, and for applications, permits, and approvals; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Village of Pouce Coupe deems it desirable to consolidate all such fees and charges into a single bylaw for clarity and efficiency; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Village of Pouce Coupe, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. TITLE This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Village of Pouce Coupe Consolidated Municipal Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 1062, 2025." 2. APPLICATION 2.1 The fees and charges imposed for municipal services shall be as set out in the following schedules attached to and forming part of this Bylaw: - Schedule A - Administrative Fees - Schedule B - Animal Control and Licensing - Schedule C - Building Regulation Fees - Schedule D - Business License Fees - Schedule E - Cemetery Fees and Charges - Schedule F - Development Procedure Fees - Schedule G - Hen Keeping Fees - Schedule H - Recreation, Parks and Event Fees - Schedule I - Sewer Fees - Schedule J - Waste Management Fees Schedule - Schedule K - Water Conservation Fee Schedule - Schedule L - Water Utility Fees Schedule 2.2 All fees listed in this bylaw are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. 2 | P a g e 2.3 The Village accepts payment by Visa and Mastercard, except: - At tax sale; - Any tax payment; - For payment of delinquent property taxes. 2.4 A non-refundable convenience fee of 2.00% shall be charged on all payments made via credit card. 3. SEVERABILITY If any section, subsection, or clause of this Bylaw is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalid portion shall be severed and the remainder of the Bylaw shall remain in effect. 4.
