TOWN OF PRINCETON BYLAW NO. 988, 2020 A bylaw to amend the Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw No. 880, 2013 The Council of the Town of Princeton, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Town of Princeton Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 988, 2020." 2. The Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw No. 880, 2013 is amended by: i) adding a new section 18.4 (Site Specific Central Business (C2S) Regulations) under Section 18, C2-Central Business) to read as follows: in the case of lands described as N1/2, Lot 6, Block 25, KAP55, DL 706, YDYD (255 Vermilion Avenue) a) the following principal use shall be permitted on the land in addition to the permitted uses listed in Section 18.1: 1.
