TOWN OF PRINCETON
BYLAW NO. 988, 2020
A bylaw to amend the Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw No. 880, 2013
The Council of the Town of Princeton, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Town of Princeton Zoning Amendment
Bylaw No. 988, 2020."
2. The Town of Princeton Zoning Bylaw No. 880, 2013 is amended by:
i) adding a new section 18.4 (Site Specific Central Business (C2S) Regulations) under
Section 18, C2-Central Business) to read as follows:
in the case of lands described as N1/2, Lot 6, Block 25, KAP55, DL 706, YDYD (255
Vermilion Avenue)
a) the following principal use shall be permitted on the land in addition to the permitted
uses listed in Section 18.1:
1. Cannabis Retail Sales Establishment
Read a first and second time this 19th day of May, 2020
Council, as per Section 464(2) of the Local Government Act, waive the Public Hearing
for "Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 988, 2020 as the bylaw is consistent with the Official
Community Plan on the 19th day of May, 2020
Read a third time this 1st day of June, 2020
Approved pursuant to section 52(3)(a) of the Transportation Act, this 20th day of July, 2020
