WHARVES REGULATION.......................................................... 50 8250714 Bylaw 8636 City of Richmond Consolidated Fees Bylaw No. 8636 A bylaw to impose fees in respect of the services and the property of the City of Richmond. WHEREAS the Council of the City of Richmond considers it necessary and desirable to impose fees for the provision of its services and the use of its property; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City of Richmond enacts as follows: PART ONE: CITATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE 1.1 This bylaw may be cited as "Consolidated Fees Bylaw No. 8636". 1.2 This bylaw comes into force and effect 30 days after the adoption of this bylaw. PART TWO: FEES 2.1 The City of Richmond imposes fees for the provision of its services and the use of its property as specified in the Schedules attached to and forming part of this bylaw. 2.2 Where applicable taxes will be added to the fees in the schedules attached to and forming part of this Bylaw. 2.3 Terms defined in the specified bylaws carry the same meanings in this bylaw. PART THREE: SEVERABILITY 3.1 If any portion of this bylaw is declared invalid and set aside by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the invalid portion must be severed and the remainder of the bylaw shall be valid.
