A BYLAW TO AUTHORIZE THE CHARGING OF FEES FOR SPECIFIED
MUNICIPAL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
WHEREAS the Community Charter provides that Council may, by bylaw, impose a fee payable in
respect to all or part of a service or product of the municipality;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the Village of Silverton, in open meeting assembled, ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Title
This bylaw may be cited as "Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 549, 2025"
2. Schedule "A of Village of Silverton Garbage Collection and Control Bylaw No. 443, 2005, as
amended is replaced with Schedule "A" of this bylaw.
3. Schedule "A" of Village of Silverton Water Rates and Regulations Bylaw No. 479, 2012, as
amended is replaced with Schedule "B" of this bylaw.
4. Severability
If any portion of this bylaw is declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, then the
invalid portion must be severed, and the remainder of the bylaw is deemed valid.
5. Effective Date
This bylaw will take effect upon adoption.

READ A THIRD TIME this 12th day of February, 2025.
