BYLAW NO. 1016, 2023
"ABYLAWTO AMENDTHE DISTRICTOF STEWART SOLIDWASTE BYLAW875-2015
SCHEDULED: FEESANDCHARGES"
WHEREAS Council has passed Bylaw No. 875, 2015 for the purpose of establishing a solid waste
collection service, and to regulate, prohibit and impose requirements
in relation to that service;
and
WHEREAS Council has also passed Bylaw 898, 2016, Bylaw 902,2016 and 941, 2019 to amend
the fees charged for providing pick up and disposal of solid waste;
THEREFORE,the Council of the District of Stewart
in open meeting assembled enacts
as follows:
CITATION:
1.
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes
as
" A Bylawto Amend The District of Stewart
Solid Waste Bylaw 875-2015 Schedule D: Fees and Charges".
FEESAND CHARGES
2.
Bylaw No. 898, 2016 is hereby repealed in its entirety.
3.
Bylaw No. 902, 2016 is hereby repealed in its entirety.
4.
Bylaw No. 941, 2019 is hereby repealed in its entirety.
