BYLAW NO. 0008
A Bylaw to Establish municipal fees and charges
Consolidated for convenience only
WHEREAS pursuant to the Community Charter, Council may, by bylaw, impose a fee payable in respect
of all or part of a service of the municipality, the use of municipal property, or the exercise of authority to
regulate, prohibit or impose requirements;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of Sun Peaks Mountain Resort Municipality, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Title
This bylaw may be cited as "Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 0008, 2010".
2. Prescribed Fees
2.1 Fees and charges payable for works or services provided by the Municipality shall be as
prescribed in the following schedules, attached to and forming part of this bylaw:
Fire Rescue Service..........................................................................Schedule "A";

Sun Peaks Centre (Arena)..... ............................................Schedule "C"
Sun Peaks Community Daycare .........................................Schedule "D"

2.2 All federal and provincial sales taxes will be added when applicable.
3. This bylaw shall take effect upon the date of its adoption.
