Any unpaid fees and charges imposed by the municipality will be added to the tax
roll of the person(s) or other entity and collected in the same manner as municipal
taxes.
6.
The fees and charges set out in Schedule "A" will be subject to an annual increase
equivalent to annual average Consumer Price Index increase.
1. CITATION
1.1 That this bylaw be cited for all purposes as the "Village of Telkwa Fees and Charges
Bylaw No. 792, 2025" and comes into effect on the date of adoption.
1.2 That "Bylaw No. 785, 2025 - Fees and Charges Bylaw" and all amendments are
hereby repealed.
2. SEVERABILITY
2.1 If a portion of this bylaw is held invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, the
invalid portion must be severed and the remainder of this bylaw is deemed to have
been adopted without the severed portion.
This bylaw shall come into full force and effect on final adoption by Council.
