AMENITIES RESERVE FUND BYLAW
BYLAW NO. 1007 - 2005
A Bylaw to Establish an Amenities Reserve Fund
WHEREAS Council may establish a reserve fund for a specified purpose;
AND WHEREAS Council deems is desirable and expedient to establish such a reserve
to provide funds for the development of amenities within the District;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the District of Tofino in open meeting assembled
enacts as follows:
1. There shall be and is hereby established a reserve fund to be known as the
Amenities Reserve fund
2. Money acquired from developers as voluntary contributions or amenities
bonusing or moneys otherwise provided for by Council will be paid into the
Amenities Reserve Fund.
3. Moneys in the Amenities fund Reserve shall only be used for projects or
endowments outlined in Schedule "A", attached hereto and forming part of this
by-law.
4. This bylaw may be cited as the District of Tofino Amenities Reserve Fund Bylaw
No. 1007, 2005.
