## 1. I have been advised on how to use the equipment, and take note of the following:
· Any animal caught must be handed over to the Town of Altona's Animal Control
Oficer.
· The equlpment must be monitored to ensure that any animal caught la treated
numanely.
## ·When weather conditions, such a meezing temperature, come into eitect, the equipment must be checked routinely in order to prevent any animal caught from suttering tom hypothermia or possible death. · Monitoring of the equipment is the respondlbilly of the person requesting the
equlpment.

full replacement cost of any missing or damaged items.
