## THE TOWN OF CHURCHILL BY-LAW NO. 795/2019 BEING A BY-LAW OF THE TOWN OF CHURCHILL TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 784/2018 BEING THE BY-LAW TO REGULATE AND LICENCE ACCOMMODATIONS PROVIDERS (EXCLUDING HOTELS, MOTELS AND INNS) WITHIN THE TOWN OF CHURCHILL. WHEREAS Council of the Town of Churchill deems it necessary to amend By-Law No. 784/2018 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Town of Churchill in Council assembled at Churchill, Manitoba, enact that By-law 784/2018 is amended as follows: Under Section 4.2 Removed item (c). Inserted "and/or battery-operated" for item (d). Under Section 4.4 Inserted "and/or battery operated" for items (c). and (d). Removed item (g).
