Salary Determination
Effective Date: October 28, 2015
Resolution No 2015-423
Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to outline the Municipality's policy for salary determination.
Procedure:
All newly hired non-union employees shall be paid in accordance with the salary scale.
All newly hired union employees shall be paid in accordance with the union contract.
