Grandview Municipality Work Order Priority Rating Effective Date: May 4, 2016 Resolution Number:2016-124 Priority 1: Primary safety issues - anything directly affecting the safety and wellbeing of people. For example road closures. Priority 2: Secondary safety issues - anything that may affect the safety and wellbeing of people. For example vegetation blocking sight at an intersection. Priority 3: Primary access - anything restricting access to a residence or animals. For the months of April to November, also includes anything restricting access to a field. Priority 4: All other work orders older than 2 years. Priority 5: All other work orders less than 2 years old. Notes: 1. All other conditions the same, work orders affecting the largest number of people will be prioritized first under each priority ranking 2. All other conditions the same, the oldest work order will be completed first. 3. If a permit is required and the permit has not yet been received, the Public Works Manager will schedule for the next item to be completed.
