Grandview Municipality
Employee Retirement Policy
Effective Date: September 9, 2015
Resolution No 2015-370
Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to outline the policy, entitlements and procedures for
employees that are retiring from the Grandview Municipality.
Definitions:
Employee: An employing working a permanent position within the Municipality for 10
years or more.
Procedure:
Upon retirement, an employee will be presented with a gift of which the value will not
exceed $350.00 before taxes.
