Confidentiality Agreement
I, ___________________________, acknowledge that in the position of _____________
as an employee of the Grandview Municipality, and in any other positions that I may hold
in the organization, I will acquire information about financial and/or business information
of the Grandview Municipality.
I understand that marinating confidentiality is critical to the credibility of the
municipality and that a breach in confidentiality will result in dismissal.
Accordingly, I will undertake to treat confidential all information, and agree not to
disclose to any third party either during my employment (except as may be authorized or
a necessary to properly perform the duties required of me by the municipality, or after the
termination of my employment for any reason), except with the written permission of the
Municipality or as required by law.
