## HAMIOTA MUNICIPALITY BY-LAW NO. 2019-04 BEING A BY-LAW of Hamiota Municipality to regulate the use and development of land. WHEREAS, Section 68 of The Planning Act requires a municipality to adopt a zoning bylaw that is generally consistent with the development plan bylaw in effect in the municipality; AND WHEREAS, under PART 4 Division 1 of The Planning Act, the Mid-West Planning District Board has, by by-law, adopted the Mid-West Planning District Development Plan By-law No. 2-2018; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of Hamiota Municipality in meeting duly assembled, enacts as follows: 1. By-law No. 2019-04 attached hereto is hereby adopted; 2. The By-law shall be known as the Hamiota Municipality Zoning By-law 3. The following Zoning By-laws, as amended are hereby repealed: 4. Rural Municipality of Hamiota Zoning By-law No. 2/2012; 5. . Town of Hamiota Zoning By-law No. 2/2012. 6.
