## HAMIOTA MUNICIPALITY BY-LAW NO. 2023-03
BEING a By-law of Hamiota Municipality to amend The Hamiota Municipal Zoning Bylaw No. 2019-04, as amended.
WHEREAS Section 80 of The Planning Act provides that a zoning by-law may be amended;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of Hamiota Municipality, in meeting duly assembled, enacts as follows;
## ITEM 1:
That Hamiota Municipality Zoning Map 2 - Community of Hamiota is amended so Lot 1 and 2, Plan 55631 BLTO (Roll No. 39805 and 39810) lying north of Willow Avenue West and located on the west side of PTH No. 21 (First St. N) in Pt. SE 18-14-23W in the community of Hamiota, shown with a heavy dashed line on the map below are
