Village of lac du Bonnet
B-law Mo. 435/86 O
WHEREAS pursuant to Section 362 of the Municipal Act;
"The Council of any municipality may pass by-laws
- ib) for regulating, controlling, or prohébiting the use, in the nu the highways or in any public place, de the municipality, for the amplification of sound.
AND WHEREAS it is in the best interest of the Village of lac du Bonnet to provide such regulations regarding noise;
NOW THEREFORE the Courcil of the Village of Lac du Bonnet duly assembled enacts as follows;
- THAT "wrongful noise" shall include any noise unecessary or unreasonably caused within the Village limits which disturbs or is liable to disturb any
shouting or the siring o sirearms or fireballs or squibs or crockers or sirethe operation o enuipped with an adequate muellen, the operation ance
- person by night or day including: the been or hours, eaten and me
- THAT every person is prohibited from making a vronahul noise in the Village
- 3) THAT no person shall operate an industrial machine between 10:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m. without written permission issued under the authority of the Council;
- THAT a person who is in laful control of a place shall no ermit anu wronaul noise to be made in that place
- 5) THAT any person found guilty of a breach of any provision of this by-law shall be liable, upon summary conviction to a fine not exceeding Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days or to both such line and imorisonment.
