TOWN OF MINNEDOSA
MOBILE HOME PARK LICENCING BY-LAW NO.2611
BEING A BY-LAW to license and regulate the placing and location of mobile houses used as living
accommodations within the Town of Minnedosa.
WHEREAS Division 3.1 of "The Municipal Act" provides that council of a municipality to amend
mobile home licence fees.
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient and in the best interest of the Town of Minnedosa to
increase the said fees;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Town of Minnedosa in regular session assembled enacts as
follows:
1. THAT the licence fee for which an owner or occupant of a mobile home with in a mobile
park shall be liable shall be Forty Dollars ($40.00) per month effective January 1, 2025.
2. THAT all licence fees shall be paid in full on the regular tax due date, which is set out in
the Tax Levy By-law set each year.
3. THAT each subsequent year, fees shall be a minimum $40.00 per month and shall increase
depending on the set municipal tax and education tax percentage.
4. THAT By-law No. 2470 is hereby repealed.
