5. This By-law shall come into full force and take effect on the day following the date of passage b. Where partial payment is made on a Utility bill, payment will first be applied to the water and sewer charges, if applicable, and then to the Solid Waste and Recycling Collection and Disposal Charges.
4. Solid Waste and Recycling Collection and Disposal fees, as set out in this by-law shall be billed on a quarterly basis and included on the Utility bills for the premise. Each collection will be identified separately on the Utility bill. Excluding the 2025 year in which the fees shall be collected during the last two quarters of the Utility cycle. a. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Minnedosa, duly assembled, enacts as follows:
