## Municipal Grants and donations
**The Municipality of Clanwilliam-Erickson is pleased to provide funding to community groups by three methods:**
**Clanwilliam-Erickson Endowment Fund**
The Endowment Fund disburses funds twice per year, in April and October. Click here for the guidelines and funding request form and send the request by email, in person, mail, or fax. To learn more about the Endowment Fund or to donate to it, please click here.
**Clanwilliam-Erickson Recreation Commission**
The Recreation Commission disburses funds on a first come, first basis, as dictated by Policy FA015, and applications can be submitted any time throughout the year. To learn more, please click here: FA015 Recreation Commission Policy To apply, please complete a Request for Funding and submit it to the CAO.
**Annual grants from the municipality**
Municipal Policy No. FA007 has been approved by council, to ensure that all donation requests are treated fairly, consistently, and responsibly. To apply for a municipal grant or donation under this policy, please read the policy, download and fill out the Request For Funding, and return it to the CAO by December 1, so that it can be considered by council with respect to the following year's Financial Plan.
