## MUNICIPALITY OF GLENELLA-LANSDOWNE BY-LAW NO. 3/2020
Being a by-law of the Municipality of Glenella - Lansdowne providing for participation in the Whitemud Watershed District.
WHEREAS Section 7 of The Watershed Districts Act makes provision for the establishment of watershed districts
AND WHEREAS the Municipality of Glenella - Lansdowne has indicated their interest in participating in the Watershed Districts program;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient and in the public interest to participate as a member of said district;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Municipality of Glenella-Lansdowne, in open Council assembled enacts as follows:
THAT the Municipality of Glenella - Lansdowne agrees to participate with the Province of Manitoba and the other included municipal authorities in the Whitemud Watershed District.
THAT this by-law supersedes any other by-laws providing for participation in the Whitemud Watershed District.
DONE AND PASSED as a By-Law of the Municipality of Glenella-Lansdowne duly assembled in the Council Chambers at Glenella, Manitoba in the Province of Manitoba this 13"h day of February, 2020.
