## PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to ensure we cover any costs associated with repairing roads after hooking up utilities to a standard that is acceptable to the Town of Killarney.
## POLICY STATEMENT
The Town of Killarney is committed to establishing a policy that sets a flat rate of $1300.00 for water and sewer connections.
The following regulations apply to all:
- Gravel material must be used from pit run up to pavement
- Pit run material must be used for base up to 1 foot below pavement.
- All works must be initiated and supervised by the Town Foreman or designated Public Works employee
