## MUNICIPALITY OF MINITONAS-BOWSMAN BY-LAW NO. 01-2021
## BEING A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MINITONAS-BOWSMAN TO PRESCRIBE A FEE CHARGEABLE FOR TAX CERTIFICATES.
WHEREAS subsections 341(1) of The Municipal Act provides as follows:
23(1) On request and payment of a fee prescribed by by-law, a designated officer must issue a tax certificate ...'
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary and advisable to prescribe a fee chargeable for issuing tax certificates;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of MinitonasBowsman, hereby enact as follows:
The fee chargeable for a tax certificate shall be $40.00 with respect to the land described in each entry in the assessment roll for which a tax certificate is furnished
BEIT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT and any other By-Laws or policies inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
