## Municipality of Norfolk Treherne
## AMEND ANIMAL CONTROL BY-LAW 23-2016
By-Law No. 99-2024
BEING a by-law of the Municipality of Norfolk Treherne to amend By-Law 23-2016, being a bylaw to provide for the regulation and control of animals within the Municipality of Norfolk Treherne.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Norfolk Treherne deems it necessary and in the best interests of the Municipality to remove the requirement to license dogs and pay a license fee within the Municipality;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Municipality of Norfolk Treherne, duly assembled, hereby enacts as follows:
1. That Sections 3(1) to 3(8), both inclusive, of Part IV of By-Law 23-2016 be repealed.
2. That this by-law shall be in full force and effect commencing on the 1st day of January, 2024.
DONE AND PASSED by the Council of the Municipality of Norfolk Treherne, assembled at Treherne, Manitoba on the 13th day of February, 2024.
