## Municipality of North Cypress-Langford
## BY-LAW NO. 55
BEING a By-law of the Municipality of North Cypress-Langford to amend the Rural Municipality of North Cypress Zoning By-law No. 1896, as amended.
WHEREAS Section 80 of The Planning Act provides that a Zoning By-law may be
amended.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Municipality of North Cypress-Langford, in meeting duly assembled, enacts as follows:
That PART I, Section 3, DEFINITIONS, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following definition 3. (24.1) "CANNABIS RETAIL STORE", as follows;
CANNABIS RETAIL STORE
"Cannabis Retail Store" means the premises specified in a retail cannabis licence where the retail sale of cannabis is authorized.
That PART VI - GENERAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS, is hereby amended by DEVELOPMENT RSE TABLE, as foll conditional use in TABLE VILL - GENERAI.
