Where the contravention, refusal, neglect, omission, or failure, continues for more than one day, the person is guilty of a separate offense for each day that it continues. 6. THAT any other by-laws inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. 7. THAT this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the 1st day of January, 2015.
