## MUNICIPALITY OF ROBLIN ## BY-LAW NO. 7-17 ## BEING A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROBLIN TO AMEND THE TOWN OF ROBLIN ZONING BY-LAW NO. 515-07. WHEREAS Section 80 (1) of The Planning Act provides that a Zoning By-law may be amended; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Municipality of Roblin, duly assembled, enacts as follows: 1. THAT the Town of Roblin Zoning Map being part of the Town of Roblin Zoning By-law No. 515-07 is hereby amended in order that the areas shown (Lots 14 to 17, Block 6, Plan 407 and Lots 1 to 5, Block 5, Plan 407) outlined in a heavy red line on Appendix "A" attached hereto, presently zoned "RS" Residential Single Family Zoning District is hereby rezoned to "RM" Residential Multiple Family Zoning District.
