## MUNICIPALITY OF ROBLIN
## BY-LAW NO. 7-17
## BEING A BY-LAW OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROBLIN TO AMEND THE TOWN OF ROBLIN ZONING BY-LAW NO. 515-07.
WHEREAS Section 80 (1) of The Planning Act provides that a Zoning By-law may be amended;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Municipality of Roblin, duly assembled, enacts as follows:
1. THAT the Town of Roblin Zoning Map being part of the Town of Roblin Zoning By-law No. 515-07 is hereby amended in order that the areas shown (Lots 14 to 17, Block 6, Plan 407 and Lots 1 to 5, Block 5, Plan 407) outlined in a heavy red line on Appendix "A" attached hereto, presently zoned "RS" Residential Single Family Zoning District is hereby rezoned to "RM" Residential Multiple Family Zoning District.
DONE AND PASSED in Council duly assembled at Roblin, Manitoba, this 25"* day of July, 2017.
