## TOWN OF NIVERVILLE
Bylaw No. 794-18
BEING A BYLAW of the Town of Niverville to adopt a Development Plan.
WHEREAS Section 40(2) of The Planning Act provides authority for preparation of a Development Plan;
AND WHEREAS Section 45 of The Planning Act provides authority for adoption of a Development Plan by Bylaw
AND WHEREAS Bylaw 657-08 was duly enacted by The Town of Niverville Council on August 26, 2008, adopting the Town of Niverville Development Plan
AND WHEREAS Section 59(1) of The Planning Act requires a periodic review of the Development Plan five years after the coming into effect of the plan;
AND WHEREAS an amended document has been prepared reflecting recommended changes;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Niverville, in meeting duly assembled, enacts as follows:
- 1. THAT the Town of Niverville Development Plan attached hereto and marked Schedule "A" is hereby adopted.
2. THAT Bylaw no. 657-08 be repealed
DONE AND PASSED in Council duly assembled, this 6th "day of Now. ,2018.
