## THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DISTRICT OF PINAWA ## BY-LAW NO. 877-2021 BEING a By-law of the Local Government District of Pinawa to amend By-law No. 84919, being the Pinawa Development Plan. WHEREAS Section 56(1) of The Planning Act provides that a council of a municipality may amend a Development Plan; AND WHEREAS it is also deemed expedient and desirable to amend the Pinawa Development Plan; NOW THEREFORE the Local Government District of Pinawa, in Council duly assembled, enacts as follows: 1. That Part 7, DEVELOPMENT PLAN DESIGNATION MAPS A and B, attached to and being part of the Pinawa Development Plan By-law 849-19, be hereby amended by redesignating Pt. SW ¼ Section 9, Township 14, Range 12 E.P.M. and Pt. NW ¼ Section 4, Township 14, Range 12 E.P.M. from "Industrial Area" to "Recreational Area" as shown outlined in a heavy dashed line on the map attached hereto and marked as Schedule "A" to this By-law.
