RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF CARTIER
RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL
November 29, 2010

WHEREAS there is a safety and traffic hazard to employees and the public when snow is
pushed out on any municipal road;
BE IT RESOLVED THAT any ratepayer who pushes snow on any municipal road shall be
charged a minimum of one hour charge at $100.00 per hour; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT any charges can be added to taxes.
