## RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF COLDWELL ## BY-LAW NO. 16/04 ## BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 04/04 WHEREAS the Council of the Rural Municipality of Coldwell deems it expedient that By-Law No. 04/04 be amended; AND WHEREAS the above noted by-law does not include any provisions for owners with more than two dogs; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Rural Municipality of Coldwell, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. THAT By-law 04/04 of the Rural Municipality of Coldwell BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED to make the following change under the section MAXIMUM NUMBER OF DOGS to read as follows: 2. 10(a) No person should own, harbour, keep or have in his possession or control or on his premises, more than two(2) dogs over the age of six (6) months, regardless of the number of people who may be inhabiting the premises. 3. 10(b) Any person who has in his possession more than two dogs shall pay a fee of$50.00/year for the 3d dog, $75.00/year for the 4 dog and $100.00/yeal for the 5l" dog.
