.%. ## RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF COLDWELL ## BY-LAW NO. 10/2008 Being a By-law of the Rural Municipality of Coldwell to amend the Rural Municipality of Coldwell Zoning By law No. 5-05, as amended. WHEREAS The Planning Act provides that a Zoning By-law may be enacted by the Council of a Municipality; AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend the said Zoning By-law No. 5-05, as amended; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Rural Municipality of Coldwell, in a meeting duly assembled, enacts as follows: 1. That Part 3, General Regulations be amended by deleting the following clauses from Section 3.9.2: 2. "b) Detached accessory buildings shall not be located in any required yard, except a required rear yard or as provided for elsewhere herein." and - Public Reserve abutting a lake." 2. That Part 5, Rural Agricultural Zone be amended by adding footnote "" beside "kennel" within Table 5-1 Rural Agricultural Use Table and the following be added immediately beiow the table: - "1 Kennels shall not be located within ½ mile of any residence, business or public building, except for the residence of the owner of the kennel located on the same site." 3. That Part 6, Residential Zones be amended by adding footnote " beside "kennel" within Table 6-1 Residential Use Table and the following be added immediately below the table: - " Kennels shall not be located within ½ mile of any residence, business or public building, except for the residence of the owner of the kenne located on the same site."
