## RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF COLDWELL BY-LAW NO. -05/0 BEING a By-law of the Rural Municipality of Coldwell to amend the Rural Municipality of Coldwell Zoning By-law No. 5/05, as amended; WHEREAS Section 80 of The Planning Act provides that a Zoning By-law may be amended; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Rural Municipality of Coldwell, in a meeting duly assembled, enacts as follows: 1. That Part "6 Residential Zone" be amended by: - i) Amending Subsection "6.6 Accessory Uses" by: 3. Removing the following from Subsection "6.6.2": "Shipping/cargo containers shall not be allowed as accessory buildings." 2. That Table 6 - 1 "Residential Use Table" be amended by: 5.
