BEING A BY-LAW TO GOVERN THE FEES AND CHARGES PAYABLE TO THE RURAL
MUNICIPALITY OF DAUPHIN FOR MUNICIPAL SERVICES RENDERED UNDER THE AUTHORITY
OF THE MUNICIPAL ACT, AND BY-LAWS OF THE MUNICIPALITY.
WHEREAS The Council of the Rural Municipality of Dauphin deems it advisable to include in one by-law the fees
and charges payable to the Rural Municipality of Dauphin for certain services rendered by the Municipality;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Rural Municipality of Dauphin, in open Council assembled, enact as
follows:
TITLE:
1.0: This By-Law may be referred to as "The Rural Municipality of Dauphin Fees and Charges By-Law."
SHEDULES OF FEES AND CHARGES:
2.0 The fees and charges payable to the Rural Municipality of Dauphin for services rendered by the
Municipality shall be as set out in the following schedules attached hereto:
a) Administration and Finance Schedule "A"
b) Permits & Licenses Schedule "B"
c) Public Works Department Schedule "C"
d) Waste Disposal Schedule "D"
e) Utility Department Schedule "E"
GENERAL POWERS:
3.0 THAT Council may from time to time, by resolution of Council amend each and every schedule
attached to this by-law.
3.1 THAT the fees and charges set out in the schedules attached to this by-law shall take precedence over
any other by-law.
3.2 THAT any fee or charge as identified within this by-law, which is owed to the Rural Municipality of
Dauphin and remains unpaid by any taxpayer, including any penalties related thereto as well as any
fines imposed on the taxpayer for contravention of the Municipality's By-Laws may be added to the
taxes of the said taxpayer and may be collected or enforced in the same manner as taxes as defined by
The Municipal Act.
FORCE AND EFFECT:
4.0 THAT this by-law shall come into force and effect on the date of passing.

ASSEMBLED, AT THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF DAUPHIN, IN THE PROVINCE OF MANITOBA, THIS 24th,
