Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines and conditions pertaining to the R.M. of
Grahamdale reimbursement to Council members towards an electronic device (ie. iPad or
Laptop).
Guidelines:
The Municipal General Elections are held every four (4) years in October.
The Rural Municipality of Grahamdale conducts all municipal meetings through its Catalis Meeting
Management Program.
The Rural Municipality of Grahamdale promotes paperless meetings. To support this promotion of
paperless meetings each member of Council is required to have an electronic device and internet to
access Catalis.
The Rural Municipality of Grahamdale will approve a one-time payment of up to $400.00 towards the
purchase of a new electronic device once per election term (every four years).
Each member of Council shall be eligible for the reimbursement of up to $400.00, subject to:
Submission of a valid receipt confirming the purchase of a new electronic device, and
Compliance with any additional administrative requirements established by the
Municipality.
