## RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF LA BROQUERIE ## ZONING BY-LAW NO. 04-2022 Being a By-Law of the Rural Municipality of La Broquerie to amend the Rural Municipality of La Broquerie Zoning By-law No. 07-2018. WHEREAS The Planning Act provides that a Zoning By-law may be amended and; Wager i in By. Lad No. 07-2g and expedient to amend the Rural Municipalily of La NOW THEREFORE BE Broquerie enacts as follows: IT RESOLVED, the Council of the Rural Municipality of La 1.0 That the Zoning Map 2, part of the RM of La Broquerie Zoning By-law No. 07 018, is hereby amended by re-rezoning the area legally described as "NE 30-6-8EPM". As shown on Schedule A attached and generally located south of Tetrault Road and east of the CNR tracks in the Principal Centre of La Broquerie from "DR" - DEVELOPMENT RESERVE to "R1" - RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY.
