## RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF LAKESHORE By-law No. 07-2021 ## BEING A BY-LAW OF THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF LAKESHORE TO CLOSE A ROAD. WHEREAS: Section 290 of The Municipal Act authorizes a municipality to close a municipal road by passing a by-law closing the road, obtaining the written approval of the minister, and registering the approved by-law and a plan in the appropriate land title office. NOW THEREFORE The RM of Lakeshore, in Council duly assembled, enacts as a by-law the following: 1. The portion of a municipal road described as follows is hereby closed: All that portion of Lakeview Drive Plan 734 DLTO contained within the limits of Parcel A on a plan prepared by Gregory Stephen Molnar of the City of Dauphin, Manitoba Land Surveyor, on file in the Winnipeg Land Titles Office as Deposit No. 1509/2019 and sworn to him on the 26th of November, 2016 Be and the same is hereby closed. 2. Following the closing the land shall be conveyed, except all mines and minerals and other matters as set forth in The Crown Lands Act, to the owners of LOT 5 BLOCK 4 PLAN 734 DLTO EXC ALL MINES AND MINERALS PURSUANT TO CAP 78 STAT MAN 1955 IN SE 1/4 FRAC 4-25-17 and consolidated with their existing Certificate of Title 2939276/6. 3. The Reeve and Chief Administrative Officer are authorized to execute all documents necessary to carry out the provisions of this By-law.
