RM OF REYNOLDS POLICY
Title: Recurring Monthly Payments Policy No. 31

Resolution: 19/42
Purpose:
To provide authorization for payments to be made by etransfer through our banking
institution for regular recurring utility payments so that payments can be made in a
timely fashion so as not to incur additional interest charges. Approved Utilities are:
MTS
HYDRO
INTERNET
CREDIT CARD(S)
All payments made under this policy, will be included on the next cheque listing as
provided to Council at the next Regular Meeting, for approval.
