THE RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF VICTORIA BEACH
BY-LAW NO. 1553
Being a by-law of the Rural Municipality of Victoria Beach to adopt a development plan.
WHEREAS, Subsection 40 (2) of The Planning Act, C.C.S.M. c. P80 provides authority for the
preparation of a development plan;
AND WHEREAS, Section 45 of The Planning Act provides authority for the adoption of a
development plan;
AND WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 47 of The Planning Act, the Minister of
Indigenous and Municipal Relations approved the Rural Municipality of Victoria Beach
Development Plan on the 14th day of August, 2017 A.D.;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Rural Municipality of Victoria Beach enacts as follows:
1. The development plan, attached hereto as SCHEDULE A, is hereby adopted as a
Development Plan affecting all lands in the Rural Municipality of Victoria Beach; and
2. The Rural Municipality of Victoria Beach Development Plan shall take force and effect
on the date of third reading of this By-law.
DONE AND PASSED by the Council of the Rural Municipality of Victoria Beach, in Council
duly assembled, this 19th day of September, 2017 A.D.
