Rural Municipality of Whitemouth G.3 POLICY FOR GRANTS TO COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS Policy for grants to community organizations: 1. $10,000.00 annual grant to community organizations will generally be for capital purchases, not operating costs, and for projects that will benefit the well-being of the Rural Municipality of Whitemouth. 2. The R.M. of Whitemouth can provide assistance in advising where such funding exists. Community organizations must provide copies of all applications made for such funding. 4. The Municipality requires the request prior to December 15th of the preceding year prior to the project start date. This is needed to give council adequate time to assess the value of the project. 6.
