## By-Law Number 983
BEING A BY-LAW of the Iown of Steinbach to amend Towr of Steinbach By-Law Number 133, as amended by By-Law Numbers 30 and 603, being a By-Law relating to plumbing and drainage work.

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Steinbach in meeting duly assembled, enacts as follows:
## 1. TITLE
Iticle 1.1: This By-Law may be cited as mrh
## 2. SCOPE
Article 2.1: This By-Law applies to all plumbing and drainage work.
Article 2.1.1: Except as provided in Article 2.1.4, a plumbing system shall not be constructed, extended, altered, renewed, or repaired unless a plumbing permit to do so has been obtained.
Article 2.1.2: Plumbing Permits shall be issued
