A.1.1 Method to calculate floor area:
The calculated gross floor area of a building shall be the sum of the area that
is contained within the external walls of a building, measured for each floor
level, excluding space used for elevator or under- ground parking areas.
A.2 Water and Sewer Impact fees
Water and Sewer Impact fees are non-residential development fees that are
charged based on the size of water and sewer utility services installed
according to the charts below:
