## ARRÊTÉ NO. 24-02 RÈGLEMENT RELATIF AUX LOCAUX DANGEREUX ET INESTHÉTIQUES
## 1. TITRE
Le présent règlement est dénommé « locaux dangereux et inesthétiques ».
## 2. BUT
En vertu des pouvoirs que lui sont conférés par la Loi sur la gouvernance locale, L.R.N.-B. 2017, c. 18 et ses amendements, le conseil municipal d'Alnwick assemblé édicte ce qui suit:
## 3. DISPOSITIONS GÉNÉRALES
1. Les articles 130 à 143 de la loi sur la governance locale et ses amendements s'appliquent à l'ensemble de la zone située dans les limites de la governance locale d'Alnwick.
2. Les agents chargés de l'application du règlement et/ou les inspecteurs des constructions sont les fonctionnaires nommés et désignés pour l'application du présent règlement.
## 4. OUTILS ET DOCUMENTS CONNEXES
Le présent règlement doit être lu et appliqué en conjonction avec les documents suivants, sans toutefois s'y limiter:
- a. Loi sur la governance locale, ses amendements et ses règlements
- b. Code national du bâtiment du Canada

## BY-LAW NO. 24-02 DANGEROUS AND UNSIGHTLY PREMISES BY-LAW
## 1. TITLE
This by-law shall be referred to as the " Dangerous and unsightly premises".
## 2. PURPOSE
Pursuant to the authority vested in it by the Local Governance Act, R.S.N.B 2017, c. 18 and its amendments, the municipal council of Alnwick assembled enacts as follows:
## 3. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. Selects 130 to 143 of the Local Governance Act and its amendments apply to the whole area within the limits of the local governance of Alnwick.
2. By-law enforcement officers and/or construction inspectors are those officials appointed and designated for the enforcement of this by-law.
## 4. RELATED TOOLS AND DOCUMENTS
This by-law must be read and enforced in conjunction with, but not limited to the following documents:
- a. Local Governance Act, its amendments and regulations
- b. National Building Code of Canada

## Entrée en vigueur
