POLICY STATEMENT
ÉNONCÉ DE LA POLITIQUE
All participants during ice related activities at all City of
Bathurst ice skating facilities shall wear a Canadian
Standards Association (CSA) approved protective
helmet for ice sports.
Tous les participants aux activités qui se déroulent sur
les patinoires de la Ville de Bathurst doivent porter un
casque de sécurité homologué par l'Association
canadienne de normalisation (ACNOR) pour les sports
de glace.
POLICY DETAILS
DÉTAILS DE LA POLITIQUE
This policy is for the protection and safety of all
participants during ice skating activities.
Figure skaters who are registered with Skate Canada
and after successfully completing the Canada Skate
program as well as figure skating competitors during
sanctioned competitions are exempt from wearing a
protective helmet during these activities as standard
practice in the sport which is supported by Skate
Canada and Skate New Brunswick.
This policy does not apply to team personnel during
hockey bookings made by the teams associated with the
Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
La politique a été mise en place pour la sécurité de
tous les utilisateurs durant des activités de patinage.
Les patineurs et patineuses artistiques, membres de
Patinage Canada ayant suivi avec succès le programme
Patiner en sécurité, ainsi que les athlètes de patinage
artistique participant à des compétitions sanctionnées
seront exemptés du port du casque de sécurité lors de
ces activités en conformité avec la pratique courante
chez
Patinage
Canada
et
Patinage
Nouveau-
Brunswick.
De plus, la politique ne vise pas le personnel des
équipes durant les activités de la Ligue de hockey
junior majeur du Québec.
