ÉNONCÉ DE POLITIQUE :
Where local improvements have been assessed on land
abutting the installation of utility services and such land is
being utilized as a cemetery, the assessable frontage shall
be reduced to sixty feet.
Lorsque des améliorations locales ont été consenties sur un
terrain contigu à des infrastructures de services municipaux
et que ledit terrain est utilisé comme cimetière, le nombre
de pieds de façade imposable sera réduit à soixante pieds.
