POLICY STATEMENT:
ÉNONCÉ DE LA POLITIQUE:
The Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department
will monitor the requests for the erection of
monuments in the City Parks.
Le Service des parcs, loisirs et tourisme contrôlera
les demandes pour l'érection de monuments dans
les parcs.
CRITERIA:
CRITÈRES :
1.
All requests for the erection of monuments
must be made in writing and presented to Council
for their Consideration.

Toutes les demandes pour l'érection de
monuments doivent être soumises par écrit et
présentées au Conseil pour leur considération.
2.
All requests must include a detailed design
of the proposal.

Toutes les demandes doivent inclure un
plan détaillé du projet.
3.
The project must be self-funded and shall
not commit the City in any way.

Le projet doit être autofinancé et ne devrait
pas engager la Ville en aucune façon.
PROCEDURE:

A Department Head Committee appointed
by the City Manager will review all requests and
meet with the project representative if necessary.

The Administrative team will then
forward a recommendation to Council based on
the following criteria:
