## BY-LAW # DUP 09-2020 A BY-LAW OF THE VILLAGE OF BELLEDUNE RESPECTING DANGEROUS AND/OR UNSIGHTLY PREMISES Pursuant to the authority vested in it by paragraph 10(1) (d) of the Local Governance Act, R.S.N.B., 2017, ch. 18 and its amendments thereto, the Council of the Village of Belledune, duly assembled, enacts as follows: 1. This by-law may be cited as the Village of Belledune Dangerous or Unsightly Premises By-law. 2. The Council hereby declares that sections 130 to 143 of the Local Governance Act and amendments thereto, shall apply to the entire area within the limits of the Village of Belledune. 3. By-law DUP 09-2011, A By-law of the Village of Belledune Respecting Dangerous and/or Unsightly Premises, adopted on September 19, 2011, and all amendments thereto, is hereby repealed. 4. The repeal of By-law DUP 09-2011, A By-law of the Village of Belledune Respecting Dangerous and/or Unsightly Premises, shall not affect any penalty, forfeiture or liability, incurred before such repeal or any proceedings for enforcing the same completed or pending at the time of repeal; nor shall it repeal, defeat, disturb, invalidate or prejudicially affect any matter or thing whatsoever completed, existing, or pending at the time of repeal. This By-law shall come into effect on the date of the final reading and the adoption thereof.
